OUR HISTORY

CERAMOL WAS BORN FROM A UNION OF DERMATOLOGY AND COSMETOLOGY.

For more than 30 years we have studied the skin barrier to find new ways to treat atopic, allergic, intolerant and reactive skin.

Ceramol: birth of a brand

Ceramol was born from uniting the expertise of pharmaceutical cosmetologists and dermatologists to develop products with a unique and technologically advanced design. This union has always been the added value of the Ceramol brand.

Helping people

From extensive studying of the skin, its structure and its alterations, we made a firm decision: to give it only what it needs

Safe and simple

Upon advice from dermatologists, we became aware of a need: to combine pharmaceutical therapy with safe and effective dermocosmetic treatments. Ceramol has studied the skin barrier, particularly that of children- the barrier having not yet been formed in its entirety and being more exposed to environmental stressors- to satisfy this need. From this research we designed innovative formulations, characterised by:

No compromise

Ceramol products comply fully with national and international guidelines, such as those of the “American Academy of Dermatology”, for an effective restoration of the skin barrier. In fact, they do not contain fragrances, alcohol, sulphate lauryl surfactants, dyes or preservatives that induce allergies. Instead, they contain biometric lipids and other ingredients functional for restoring the skin barrier.

To make all this possible, we needed to implement profound technological innovation, exploring alternative pathways in the formulation, packaging and selection of cutting-edge ingredients.
